An important question regarding Captain McCluskey

An important question regarding Captain McCluskey - 04/16/14 03:45 PM

Had McCluskey really frisked 1000 young punks? Or was he lying? If he was lying, do you think he'd frisked less than 1000, or more than 1000? If he was telling the truth, do you think it's just another example of how special Michael is, that he was the 1000th young punk the captain had frisked? If he was lying, do you think that makes his killing even more justified?

He was lying. He frisked only 983 punks.

There is some discrepancy as to the numbers claimed by McClusky.
According to the FBI's yearly punk frisking statistics,Mclusky had an aggregate total of 964 (year to date).

However,6 of those punks were in the 30 to 35 age range,so some punk frisking oversight agencies only credit him with 958,due to the statutory definition of "young" being 29 or under.

Numerous court cases and ACLU filings have failed to conclusively
determine an accurate definition of "young punk",and arguments are scheduled to be presented to the US Supreme Court midway through their next session.

My sources tell me that oddly enough, had McCluskey lived,he would have been served with an injunction prohibiting him from using the expression "a thousand young punks" until he appeared before a judge to show cause.

Lou, those numbers are not to be taken seriously. It was known that Capt. McCluskey paid to have the numbers inflated. A federal grand jury was ready to indite him in what was to become known as Friskgate.

I'd like to know if Michael Corleone was in a frisky mood when he reportedly shot the captain.

If McCluskey hadn't been killed by Michael, he would have been dismissed from the force due to his over-fondness for jamming his hands down the crotches of young men... whistle
