Just the car bomb (in a deleted scene included in the "extras" disc). The white hat scene was filmed but never released in any version.

It seems odd that Michael in his white hat was one of the most well-known images of the film, when in fact it was never released on any version.

Yes, it's a great picture. Can you imagine how great the scene must be--if we ever get to see it?
