US TV version

FFC mentions on one of the commentaries that in the US you had a TV version of GF with all the scenes played in chronological order.

Firstly, how did it come across?

Secondly, has anyone seen it on DVD?

I'm with Partagas: the version shown on TV here is the most complete one available in the US because it includes all the deleted scenes in logical and chronological order. Content is the best, IMO. The DVD boxed set sold here has the theatrical release versions of the three films, plus a very worthwhile "extras" disc that contains the deleted scenes, separately. Lots more good stuff on that extras disc.

I have the trilogy on DVD and love it, but was curious if the US tv version was available either on VHS or DVD.
