The first time we see Michael traveling after the Tahoe hit is on a train, presumably headed to Miami where he was going to meet with Roth. Question: WHy would he take a train and not fly?

Trains had been the accepted mode of long distance transportation in America for most of Mike's lifetime. Jets were introduced in the late 50s and not many airports had the runways or ancillary facilities to handle them. Besides, Mike could board a train almost anonymously somthing even back then not so easily done on an airplane.
