i was just wondering how much the DVD set costs in diff parts of the world. I havent got the DVD set yet, but i THINK i saw the 5 disc set for $120... i could be mistake though, so dont hold me to that number.

Thats in Aussie $$$, which would make it about $63 US $$$.

I think I paid $64.99.

About $69.99 I think.

Mine cost £47.99 including delivery. Which isn't bad. I think it's the same eveywhere in England or at least roughly.

i bought it for $50 bucks, i had a friend who worked at k mart that got me an employee discount, not much but every dollar counts to me

Ive seen it in woolworths in sleaford for £26. Roughly $40 i believe

i bought a new set off of ebay for $62. i tried for weeks to bid cautiously and get it cheaper, but was outbid and the costs would usually go up to $60s anyway. so one day i just did a "buy it now" for $62 plus some S&H and got the DVDs within a few days. half.com has some for sale (usually) around that much but with media mail postage it takes forever to get to your doorstep.

guess i need to find some friends that work in retail.

Mine was £44 (it was a pre-order from play.com) which is just over $60. On the whole it's difficult to get really good discounts on DVDs in Britain, although they were selling it at Woolworths recently for £30 in a sale.

Mine was £49.99 and came with Goodfellas free on DVD, which ain't bad...

We pay alot more on Tax, everything we pay for like CD's, videos etc we have to pay more. It isn't fair but whatdyougunna do?

think of how much money Paramount made by just releasing the films on this new format...they had the movies in the can and CDs are very cheap to make. I say mass produced for as little as $5.00 a set if that much...easier then stealing if you as me. Way to go Paramount!

Yep. $74.99 is what I dished out at Best Buy. But it was worth it!

I paid around $70.00 for mine in November.

Here in Las Vegas it was $68 and that was around X-Mas time. I think we got it at Best Buy or Tower Records.

I must be the only one who got an Italian R2 version sent from Italy for 140,000 lire at the time, about AUS$135.
Don't know what it would be now in Euros.
