Photographer was pretty sure this was the first time Jimi and Mick met. But you had to play it cool, had to do it your way Had to be a fool, had to throw it all away

After an hours-long photo session, in which Marilyn Monroe showed the playful and flirtatious lady we know her to be, Avedon shot a portrait that showed the opposite of Monroe. I am very familiar with Roseland. One reason was Gaga's love for the place.
