I have just watched it and it's great. I wasn't expecting the show to be that good.
It's only 6 episodes so you can watch it quickly. I had italian subtitles on because parts of the dialogue are in Calabrian.
I haven't seen a better portray of the social pressure the N'drangheta families applies to its member. It shows you what it is to live in the Ndrangheta environment and why that environment differs from the other Mafia groups.
I have watched many fictions about the Ndrangheta and i'd put "The Good mothers" on par with "Anime Nere" as the best movies/Tv shows on this subject. I highly recommend it.
